Prompt: Busy, Out of Control or Both


Sometimes you just need to take control. If you are having a busy week, or a day when you are particularly busy this week take a moment to do this as a journalling exercise.

  • Write a list of everything.
  • Strike out everything that doesn’t actually need done that day (or week)
  • pick one thing and do it
  • once done, cross it off the list.

How busy you are to a certain extent is based on what you have chosen to take on.
