It is important to have a work-life balance that works for you, to take breaks and actually enjoy living as well as working. To do this is it important to use your time more effectively. It can happen. Not only that it can also mean savings (time and/or money) for your employer or your business. So take some time to assess your work processes and your time management and come up with some ideas for how you might save time and work smarter this year.
