Prompt: Write a list of people you enjoy working with.
I have said before and I will say it time and time again, your career is what you make it. This is why I write these prompts to help you focus on your career and different aspects of it. It is important to remember that if you enjoy your job you will work harder and enjoying your job is (for a large part) about the people you work with.
So today I would like you to write a list of the people you enjoy working with and really think about what it is that makes you enjoy working with them. You can then use this information to help influence your other working relationships and work on your relationships with people you perhaps don’t particularly get on with. In the alternative, you might use this infomation to help plan out who you want to work with in the future and find ways to work with them more.
