You may have already written about your hobbies? But what do you do if your hobbies come into the relaxing category? For example you might spend the majority of your free time reading, watching TV or netflix, cooking or doing DIY. If this sounds like you it is worth doing an additional journal entry to help you identify what interesting stories you can talk about in relation to these more “downtime” hobbies as they can be a great source of conversation with colleagues and contacts.
