How to get noticed…

Sometimes you just need to get noticed…. This can be hard, particularly in a large team of talent.

  • Be great great what you do – this one goes without saying –  if you are good at your job you will get noticed for this. To be seen as someone who is actively building their career you will need to be doing more than this…
  • Ask for more responsibility.
  • Participate and volunteer for things. Represent your team or department on wider intiatives.
  • Promote the success of others
  • Build your support network internally and externally.
