Present from the Listener’s Point of View
One of the key things that you can do when presenting is to remember to present from the Listener’s point of view. Poor presenters present from the presenter’s point of view – not the listeners. Don’t tell your audience everything YOU know about “x” topic. Focus on WHY it is important to them the listener and use simple straightforward messaging.
