While you don’t need to have a role model to succeed. Most of the women who got where they are now – did not have their own role models – event though they now an inspiration to many.
Of course, role models are still important. If you have visible role models they can teach you to be the best and inspire and help you!
You might have an inspirational role model in your own company or you might find your role-models through networking with other inspirational women. A role model does not have to be the perfect fit and you may find that different people are role models for your different goals or aspirations in different areas in your life.
Role models, mentors and sponsors all play a different and important part in your life. Each of them can help you to focus on your goals and what you want to achieve in different ways.
You can be your own role model and you can be a role model to others. Celebrate and share your own achievements and the achievements of those around you. Lift others up. Do excellent things and great things will come your way.
