Write a Blueprint for Change.

01. Start by identifying what you want to change and how you can make those changes gradually

If you want to change yourself you need to work out what you want to change and make those changes gradually over time. Focus on making daily incremental progress.

Use your prompt journal to identify what you want to change and track your progress in making the changes.

02. Check your Intentions

Finally, check your intentions and what is driving the change.

Why are you making the changes? Why do you do what you do? What do you want to achieve?

Your prompt journal can be used to explore your intentions if you are unsure about what you are changing, or why.

03. Make a Commitment to Personal Growth

Make a commitment with yourself to work on your personal development.

Identify who is going to help you. You can’t do everything yourself and part of your commitment may also be getting a buddy or accountability partner.

Write out your commitment.
