Celebrate each other’s achievements
We seem to be back in awards season (although does it really ever end?). There have been lots of announcements about outstanding achievements from industry peers and colleagues. One of the great things about recent announcements is how much everyone celebrates each other’s nominations and wins across the industry.
However, one of the talking points that came up recently was that women seem to do this a lot better than men. We are proud of our colleagues and peers and are more likely to join in each other celebrations, even when in “competition” with each other.
