Q is for… Questions

Checking in on your wellbeing on a weekly basis can be an important part of your routine. This is another way to address your stress. If you keep a journal you may want to keep a weekly list of questions that you can use to check in with your mental health each week.

As an example of some questions that can be used we are sharing this weekly well-being check-up from MHFA England.
