R is for… Recognition and Awards

Employees want to be recognised and praised for their work. You will be no exception. This is why employers often have internal recognition and award schemes or why they may put you forward for external ones.

This might be on a team basis, or on an individual basis.

Whatever it is make sure you keep a record of any recognition, feedback and awards and anything else that demonstrates your high performance.
