Set good habits.

Starting a new job or role means a fresh slate! This should give you plenty of opportunities to develop positive and good habits. Both in your personal life (e.g. your eating and sleeping habits and general wellbeing) and your professional/working life (e.g. time management and filing).

Action Point: If you don’t already – include a Habit Tracker in your Career Journal and use the opportunity of a clean slate to develop good habits (or stop a bad one).
